It’s hard to take meds. We have a team who climb up to homes that cling to the mountainsides, who find patients living under tarp, and who track our patients who bounce from home to home. With patience, they make sure those who need extra help taking their medications daily, do. They help with nutrition and with making sure patients remember appointments. They also help those who need oyxgen or need to seek extra medical care.
